During November 2008, Hellewell Pasley & Brewer took part in the annual fundraising campaign run by the charity Will Aid. The purpose of the campaign is to encourage people to make a will with a solicitor and at the same time raise funds for the Will Aid charities. The money was raised by waiving our fee for drawing up basic wills for one month. Instead clients were asked to make a donation to Will Aid of at least £75.00 for a single will and £110.00 for a pair of mirror wills.

Senior Partner, Nigel Wiggans commented "We are delighted to announce that Hellewell Pasley & Brewer raised the sum of £1,630.00 which will be distributed among the nine Will Aid charities which include the British Red Cross, NSPCC, Help the Aged and Save the Children"
