• Advise on how to avoid bad debts in the first place, by for example, reviewing and drafting the most efficient terms and conditions of trading.
• Advise on your chances of recovering what you are owed. If we think you are wasting time and money, we will tell you so.
• Write a preliminary letter on your behalf demanding payment within 7 days. In many cases we are able to recover money at this stage, which then keeps legal costs to a minimum.
• Involve our highly experienced litigation team if the debtor files a defence or fails to pay up when they have been ordered to do so.
